The future of virtual events

There are some many events exploring XR I would love to attend but being based in Australia am limited in what I can attend physically.
Enter the virtual event. I’m a regular virtual attendee at the A11yVR Meetup and wouldn’t be able to attend if it wasn’t virtual. Being geographically isolated virtual events are such a great opportunity to learn and engage with others with similar interests.
