AR and history tourism

On my last trip to Europe (albeit 8 years ago now) one of the most impressive AR experiences I had was at Koldinghus, Denmark. Whilst this was only one room where the installation was provided it’s the one thing I remember the most about the visit. As this article suggests if used in different settings it can provide a whole new level of information: Augmented reality could bring new life to history tourism.
